Welcome to Gorey Therapy Centre

A place where you can talk-
to be listened to, respected and understood.

Gorey Therapy Centre offers in person and online counselling & psychotherapy.

Why Therapy?

At Gorey Therapy Centre we offer a non-judgemental and confidential space. We work collaboratively with you in order that you can make the best choices for yourself and move forward with your life with compassion and self-awareness. In general, people engage with counselling or psychotherapy when they encounter difficulties in their day to day living for either very obvious reasons or for no apparent reason.
We offer both short and long term therapy. Appointments take place on a weekly basis. At the initial consultation, a time and date will be arranged which suits you. Both early morning appointments and evening appointments are also facilitated as necessary.

What kind of issues can this help with?

Our therapists have in-depth experience of engaging with a broad range of experiences which include but are not limited to:

• Struggles with Day-to-Day Life
• Relationship and/or Family Issues
• Abuse (past or present, of any nature)
• Bereavement and Loss
• Anger Management
• Addictions
• Serious Illness
• Self-Identity Issues
• Mid-Life Crisis
• Parenting & Step-Parenting Support

… and many more issues that any person can go through during life.

There doesn’t always need to be a clear reason why someone might need to go to therapy, sometimes the issues can be hidden. Counselling & Psychotherapy aims to help you to find meaning in your life.
